Who is eligible to receive a press pass?
1. Editorial media, professional media photographers and broadcast producers with supporting crew
2. PR personnel working for an exhibitor - only two per agency per client
3. Bloggers or vloggers who can demonstrate relevance and value to the event

We are pleased to welcome the media to apply for accreditation for The GWCT Scottish Game Fair, 3 - 5 July 2026 taking place at Scone Palace. A separate form should be completed for each applicant. Media accreditation applications must be submitted by Friday 19 June 2026. Successful applications will be contacted by the media team within a month of applying. Accredited media will be sent a media information pack and press pass two weeks prior to the event.

Please note use of drones will need prior approval with the media team and organisers. All media must have Public Liability and Third-Party Liability insurance and by applying indemnify the owners and managers of Scone Palace against all costs claims and other expenses that they may incur from any third party. Evidence of such insurance must be available and produced on request during the event.
