Touring Pitches (in partnership with the Caravan and Motorhome Club)

Important Touring Pitch Information

Touring Pitch tickets do not include admission. Standard Touring Pitches are all grass, measure 10 metres x 10 metres and include space for either one caravan with awning, motorhome with awning, campervan and awning, or a vehicle with a roof tent and one car only. Tents and trailer tents are not permitted on the touring campsite. Maximum occupancy 6 people (Adult and Child).

We’ve introduced a new block-based pitch system to reduce wait times and make site access smoother (first come, first served). However, you can now book multiple pitches together for your group, even if you arrive at different times or days.

To do this:
  • All pitches must be booked and paid for in one booking under the same Booking Reference.
  • The booking must include the same type of pitches (e.g., powered or non-powered, 3-day or 5-day, touring or tenting).
THREE NIGHTS CAMPING WITH POWER
Power will only be available on show days Friday to Sunday. You can arrive on Thursday and camp until Sunday but power will not be available on the Thursday.

FIVE NIGHTS CAMPING WITH POWER
Power will be available Wednesday to Sunday.

Touring Pitch tickets do not include admission to the Game Fair, entrance tickets must be purchased separately.
The Camp Site is open from noon on Wednesday 23rd July and closes at 11am on Monday 28th July.
For the comfort of other campers we are sorry that generators cannot be used. If you require power, please select plots with electric hook up.
Facilities on site include water points, rubbish collection, showers and toilets, as well as catering concessions and a bar.
Please note due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to provide the Campsite Shop this year.

Accessible camping pitches are reserved for attendees who require close proximity to accessible facilities due to a disability or health condition. To ensure these pitches are allocated fairly:

Blue Badge Holders
A valid Blue Badge can be used as primary proof of eligibility. You will be required to present your Blue Badge upon arrival.

Alternative Evidence of Eligibility
If you do not have a Blue Badge but require an accessible camping pitch, you may provide one of the following upon arrival:
- A letter from a healthcare professional (e.g., GP or consultant) confirming your need for accessible facilities.
- Proof of receipt of disability-related benefits, such as Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Attendance Allowance.
- Temporary evidence of mobility issues (e.g., a hire agreement for mobility aids or post-surgery recovery documentation).

Terms of Use
Accessible pitches are strictly for the use of individuals who meet the eligibility criteria.
Misuse of an accessible pitch (e.g., booking without valid eligibility or providing false documentation) may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

  • Your entire setup, including tent, ropes, and a single vehicle, must fit within your allocated 10m x 10m space

Dog Ticket by Alpha

Dog Policy

Well behaved dogs are welcome on a fixed, non-retractable lead. Please clean up after your dog.A Dog Creche is available onsite and you can leave your dog at the Dog Creche for up to four hours while you enjoy The Game Fair. Open 09:00 – 17:00 daily.  A donation (£5/dog/hour ) is suggested with all proceeds going to Samsalin dog rescue.  Pre bookings can be made by emailing Nigel Bowler on [email protected] or calling 07887 603888

Please do not leave your dog in your car while you visit The Game Fair. Our dog patrols work with the RSPCA and Police to release any dogs left in cars.
